The cabin sits among dramatic gritstone boulders, with wide views across the valley and a strong sense of privacy once you arrive. Its handcrafted feel keeps things warm and unfussy, while the glass roof above the bed draws in changing weather and clear night skies. Outside, the experience continues: a wood-fired hot tub perched on rock, an outdoor shower tucked among the stones, and a covered area for slow breakfasts and evenings by the firepit. Birchover sits in one of the Peak District’s most characterful corners, where limestone villages and open moorland give way to tors, wooded dales and far-reaching views.
