About the Property

Pentre Pandy is a small family-run retreat on Anglesey, just beyond Llanfairpwll, where four individually made shepherd’s huts sit in a peaceful rural setting. Each one has been built by a local craftsman, giving the place a thoughtful, personal character rather than a polished-by-numbers feel. The experience here is simple in the best sense: long views over the countryside, the nearby river moving through the day, and private, fire-warmed spaces that encourage you to linger outside even after dark. Two of the huts also have wood-fired hot tubs filled with spring water, which adds another slow ritual to the stay. It suits couples looking for somewhere romantic, low-key and close to both Snowdonia and the Anglesey coast.

Anglesey has a spacious, elemental beauty: big skies, quiet lanes, low rolling farmland and a coastline that shifts from sandy bays to rockier, wilder stretches. From here, you can dip easily between island calm and mountain drama, with Snowdonia close enough for a day out and the sea never feeling far away. Llanfairpwll and the surrounding villages offer a gentler sense of North Wales than the busier honeypots, making this a good base for slow drives, coastal walks, long lunches and evenings that feel properly removed from routine.
